it represents a scalable pipeline for massive genomic data analysis.
It simplifies data processing for bioinformatics scientists and researchers substantially - just
upload the files and check the results at the completion. After uploading the user’s data an
application starts the analysis process automatically and does not require any user interaction.
All stages from quality control and cleanup of sequencing data, mapping on human genome,
annotation to filtration and prioritization are automated. NGS Wizard is an easy to use
application, it saves your time and simplifies data processing.
iCanTreat – predicting the most effective medical
co-treatment of polyclonal tumors. It is based on deep
learning and single-cell RNAseq data.
The method is based on a special neural network STVAE (Style transfer with variational
autoencoders).The
neural network evaluates scRNA-seq data of the tumor before and after the standard therapy
treatment in
vitro. A special algorithm predicts target genes. Targeting of the selected genes and
corresponding
pathways (by co-treatment) in combination with the standard treatment gives better effect on
tumor
suppression and kills more tumor subclones. iCanTreat It can virtually apply the treatment to
the
existing gene expression data, evaluate the result, and choose the best treatment.
Protomenal is a service for analyzing the functional
properties of proteins, based on neural network predictive models.
In nature, there are
thousands of classes of proteins, some of which perform an unknown function and are not fully
characterized. Prediction of the functional properties of proteins will allow the discovery of
new enzymes, materials, viruses, and catalysts. Protomenal allows predicting functional domains
by amino acid sequence without requiring knowledge of protein structure and presence of
homologues and can serve as an addition to generally accepted tools.
Autobone is a service for the automatic computer model
design
of a personalized cranial implant.
Focusing on personalizing implantable medical products is a
worldwide trend. To reduce the time spent on their design, Autobone uses machine learning
methods for the automated construction of missing fragments of the skull bones and subsequent
modeling of individual implants based on them.
